As a Security National Bank customer, you have the ability to transfer funds between accounts by phone. In addition to receiving your account information by phone, you can transfer funds between accounts and make your loan payments right over the phone – to avoid the hassle of writing a check. Here is how it works: Just dial 877-472-9294 from any touch tone phone, select “option 2″ from the menu, input your account numbers, the dollar amount you wish to transfer, and your PIN (Personal Identification Number), and your funds will automatically transfer between accounts.
Your account information must be set up with the bank prior to making a transfer (If you use online banking, you may already be set up - or you can call us at 800.594.0242). Any transfer made before 3:00 P.M. will be posted the same business day, except for weekends or holidays. Transfers made after 3:00 P.M. will be posted the following business day.
You must change your PIN from the number originally assigned before making your first transfer. You can change your PIN by calling 877-472-9294 and selecting option 6.
